Our online store was designed to make the ordering process simple. In order to place an order online you must register on our website by creating an account. Once you have been registered, simply browse our inventory, click the item you wish to order and enter the amount of cases required. Submit the item to your cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.  After adding the product to your cart and if you would like to continue shopping, select the “Click here to keep shopping…” link. When you have selected all items for your order, click the “CHECKOUT” button to begin the checking out process of; confirming your billing & shipping details, choosing your shipping method, confirming your order and selecting your method of payment.

Credit Card Payments option is only available to government, state entities, local already established businesses that we have been doing business with for before 2019. It is not available to resellers. No Exceptions

For orders being paid with a credit card, kindly select “CREDIT CARD (Stripe Authorize)” when asked “How Would You Like to Pay?”. A temporary authorization will be held on your card while we verify all items are in stock. If any items on your order is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for your account to be credited after payment has been processed.

Payments being made via bank deposits or wire transfer, can only be processed after a Leading Brands Team member has updated your invoice and confirmed all items are in stock. Payments should not be made until you have been notified.

Orders can only be edited by Savvy Business Team member after orders have been initially submitted. To edit orders simply log into your account and send us a message for the corresponding order# you would like to edit. The message should include the sku#, description an the quantity you would like to add or remove from your order.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

All products available on are sold by the case and the minimum order quantity is US$2000 + Shipping.

Free Shipping is applied to orders been paid via bank deposit / wire transfer over US$5000.

If you would like to place an order below our MOQ of US$2000 a $250.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice.

The minimum order quantity for our Medical Supplies category only is $2000 + Shipping.

The list price for products displayed on our website represents the wholesale case price for each item and is based on the cost price from manufacturer or supplier. We reserve the right to increase any given price without notice if the cost is higher. Should there be a price discrepancy on your order, we will notify you before shipping or cancel your order.

LeadingBrandsOnline.com offers easy and convenient payment options. All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment or pick-up from our logistics partners. We do not accept credit card payments.

SHIPPING – Currently for reseller orders outside of the 5 boroughs we are not servicing free deliveries at this time.

It is our intention at LeadingBrandsOnline.com, to always source the most efficient and economical method of shipping orders domestically & internationally. We also welcome own pick up by couriers or carriers from our logistics partner in New York. A copy of your Bill of Lading will be required for pick up.

Orders are usually processed within 24-72 business hours once payment is cleared before 10:30 AM EST. All orders ship from our logistics partners warehouse in New York with transit times between 1-5 business days domestically and varies internationally depending on the destination country. Shipping/Freight charges are FREE for orders paid via bank deposit / wire transfer over US$5000 to U.S. commercial addresses ONLY. Orders below US$5000 ship at a FLAT RATE of US$250 to U.S. commercial addresses ONLY. Orders paid for via credit card will attract shipping charges which will be calculated prior to orders being finalized.

Customers will be able to track their orders online. We will email tracking information the same day or within 24 hours after an order is shipped. The email may include a link or a tracking number to track orders. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.
